Service
For a one-time fee you receive AI-generated short videos (about 5 seconds each): 3 videos per product. They are created from the product image you submit or from the main image of the product page you link. The videos are generated automatically by our AI engine; results can vary.
Prices are shown including VAT. Single: €9 (1 product). 3-Pack: €24 (3 products). Delivery within minutes, max 1 hour after payment; if we miss that, you can request a full refund.
Right of withdrawal
This is digital content supplied immediately. At checkout you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once generation has started. We still regenerate or refund videos that fail or are unusable when you reply to the delivery email within 14 days.
Your content
Only submit images and pages you own or are allowed to use. Do not submit images of real people without their consent, or illegal content. You may use the delivered videos commercially for your own products. AI can alter small details; check the videos before publishing.
Privacy
We process your email address, product link and product image only to create and deliver your order, to provide support and for our legally required accounting. We use carefully selected processors for payment processing, AI video rendering, hosting and email delivery, each under a data processing agreement; a list is available on request. You can ask us to access or delete your data at support@reelmyproduct.com.
